"Great location for the gondola. Extremely helpful & friendly staff at reception, bar restaurant spa/pool areas.
Hotel & rooms were spotless & well maintained.
Would definitely return."
"Situated on the main road, with easy street parking. The town is geared to outdoor sports. In the off season, it is quiet. Property is not new, but the room was well maintained. It had a pleasant view. Breakfast was in the adjoining hotel and was fine. Definitely recommend, if planning to stay in Sort. "
"Impressively poor in so many ways. We only took it as a last resort, and you should have the same approach. Room door almost impossible to open because rubbed on floor - and that was AFTER they sent us to the wrong floor to find the room. No internet because "it's too weak to work there". Dangerously broken steps to rear outdoor space, which was too overgrown to use anyway. See photos. Basically a dormitory-style place for young skiiers and not much else."
"Beautiful hotel with great staff. A special mention to Joseph from Mexico who speaks great English and took care of my special dietary requirements. "
