"Cute spot but beds were firm and noisy, if staying on main floor you can hear people walking above in other room. Very limited breakfast."

"The location feels remote but you really are near things you could need, with more conveniences 10-min away. Everything from the room card, locks, blinds and switches, to water, light and ac unit, microwave and fridge, all work just fine. Stayed here for 3 nights and had zero issues. Friendly and professional staff."

"Loved the location close to the park. They did a great job offering a comfortable room and lots of things to do nearby. Don’t miss the live country music dinner show. Only negative comment is that I am surprised by the amount of outdoor lighting on the buildings. The dark skies in the park were incredible. I would think that this long time establishment would be more aligned with the park’s dark sky initiative."

"For my check in key and it didn’t work. Went back 3 times as neither worked for room door but did get me in the building. I had to back each time and wait in line for a long time. Didn’t offer to walk with me to check or any perks. Meanwhile my 4 kids and I had the stuff unloaded waiting at the room. Didn’t know if we should leave the bags or my kids. Neither a good option."

"This is a great alternative for larger families like ours to having to rent multiple rooms. The quality and care of the interior of the rooms is evident right away. It offers an escape from the chaos of the Canyon alley hotels and is a quiet respite after a long day of hiking. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The decor was unique, with a motorcycle theme. The room was not fancy but clean, cleverly appointed and surprisingly quiet. It offers reasonable prices, and is an easy drive to Bryce Canyon."

"Bryce Trails is everything you expect from a bed and breakfast stay. LeAnn did a wonderful job making us feel welcome. The room (Under the Rim) is exquisite with a wonderful view that benefits from sunset. I recommend sleeping with the windows open to enjoy the evening breezes and morning nature. A bit of wildlife also greeted us. Deer roam near the property and a number of outdoor cats live there. Breakfast was delicious and is served personally by her. "We canceled . It was a terrible location right on a busy hwy and RVs all over totally misrepresented on the web site The manager said he canceled it on your end and I spoke with you virtual assistant who told me that the charges would be removed Please expedite this matter Thank you"

"Very nice location, had a great breakfast, the room was excellent with a great view of the bluffs and the rodeo set up. The place has great photos of the area and of historical photos along with nostalgic cowboy scenes. Enjoyed walking around the halls. It was also very quiet, if you want a more lively place go with the BW across the highway. The staff was extra nice from the front desk, the breakfast crew and the cleaning staff, all were above and beyond helpful."
