"Really nice staff who offered to keep my dog’s food cold in their refrigerator. We were well greeted and they gave me good nearby food recommendations. The main floor had a bit of a not so great smell and the room was pretty small but it was clean and I got a good night sleep. They also let me check out 30 minutes late. I would probably come back again."

"Nice quiet location with ample parking, comfortable and clean rooms, late checkin available and helpful staff. Was only a brief stay but would be happy to stay here again when visiting longer."

"Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel.
Chambre avec vue lac c’est magique.
Lit confortable, ménage impeccable, accueil professionnel. L’hôtel est très bien situé pour profiter du lac et de la vieille ville.
Le spa est très bien.
Petit point négatif : Pour un palace, la décoration manque un peu de charme, notamment les restaurants. Le service pourrait aussi être amélioré ; une serveuse nous a servis tout en étant en conversation téléphonique personnelle et un autre ne savait pas ce qu’était un...
