"Clean rooms but they put those terrible air fresheners in the rooms which were overpowering - had to put it out on the balcony. No heating, had to wear a coat to eat in the restaurant. Had to time the water heater in amongst the power cuts. So overall expensive for what it was."

"Had a horrible stay at this hotel. Except the view from the window and the bedroom, everything was horrible. The toilet bidet was leaking and I had to ask someone to come fix it. The toilet flush was overflowing at times. I slipped and fell in the shower because the bathroom floor is made to be slippery. On top of that, they charged us exorbitant prices for any food we bought there; way above the Darjeeling average."
