"Upon arrival they took about 15 mins just to check me in, when there were about 7 staff members standing behind the counters not helping anyone else. Once I was helped they rain a bell and said someone else will finish the check in to give me more information. That person was not available so they finished my check in without completely giving me all the information about the hotel. There were no staff walking around pool or beach area offering drinks or food as other hotels offer. Pool bar...

"Excellent property. Spacious rooms, we stayed with 2 kids. The whole place is like a mini Jurassic Park. Lot a stuff to do. We saw Cirque du Soleil LUDÕ show, it was great. Great pools and great service. The water parks were not opened yet and we can’t wait to come back and try them. On the negative side dinners are very expensive and not the greatest food. The best restaurant food was Nektar which has a fountain and light show you have to see."
