"Do not stay in room 201. It was the loudest room from people on the stairs,the traffic, all the door slamming, the person in the next room, and people in lobby. The room aslo didnt have the MTV channel. They also wouldn't move us beacuse they were "full." It was decent breakfast just wish they did more than 1 day with bacon. Beds were comfy. Hot tub wasn't what we were expecting they closed it for repairs soon after so that probably was the reason. We had to add a couple more night and moved to...

"I'll admit my expectations were not very high considering the cost of my room compared to surrounding properties but I was very happy with everything regarding my stay! The staff was friendly and attentive, my room was clean and comfortable, and I can think of nothing I was missing. The fitness room was small but functional and suited my needs, and breakfast was fresh with plenty of options. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area "

"I was very pleased somewhat with the cleanness of the room. However, only place that annoyed me I noticed the television screen needed to be clean and the pictures on the wall. I also had an issue in the shower where the water actually floated from the floor of the shower underneath of the block scrip on the floor into the middle of the floor in the bathroom but a pipe was there in case of flooding. We had to put down towels to absorbed it."

"Our room was kinda weird with the super high ceilings, loud from being under the stairs and we had the handicap room so when we showered water got everywhere. We didn’t have time to try the pool and gym but it looked great. The coffee was great but the food was just ok. "

"Everything was good except the pool for extremely cold and kids didn’t want to get in. Other guests were there too and complaining of same issue. The hot tub wasn’t hot either. It was just warm. They said it was due to them just having filled it but it took overnight for it to be warm. The pool never did get comfortable enough to swim in. This was the whole reason we stayed here. For our grandkids to swim. Very disappointed. "

"The hotel is under renovations but the staff was excellent, attentive and explained the situation. We slept very well. They have a very nice included breakfast buffet. And excellent coffee. Thank you! "

"The room smelled really bad. There were two boxes of baking soda hidden on the floor behind the curtains to try to help with the smell I’m sure. The pool was disgusting which was very disappointing. The wifi was not working I ended up having to call the help number listed online to get IT to manually connect all of our devices after trying for hours. Mattresses felt like cardboard. Linens were clean. Not worth the price at all!"

"This is an older, worn down property. It seemed clean, but the outdated and well-used condition of the rooms and common spaces made this hotel fall short of what we typically experience at Best Western properties. Additionally, the front desk staff member announced my room number aloud with several other people standing in line behind me. This made me feel unsafe in my room as this is a major no-no in the industry to protect travelers. "

"The bed was nice. Most of the outlets in the room didn’t work, including the bathroom outlet outlets. The towels were small and thin the light fixtures and TV were extremely outdated, but we were comfortable. The microwave worked, but the turntable inside didn’t match the microwave. It had a weird smell throughout the hotel."

"As always the red roof was excellent except for one comment the owner made I was checking in after my brother. We had two rooms and we both have one dog apiece and he had both dogs with him. I was on my way and I called to let them know that I may not be able to get there until the next day allow him to check into my room just in case and he was like oh he has two dogs. They will tear up that room and I said no those dogs will not tear up that room. Those dogs are very well behaved they would...
