"Zalonda was amazing and couldn't do enough for us. We had a lovely little patio area which was great to sit out it and we had everything we needed, including a small dining table so we could eat our meal in comfort. "

"A really lovely and relaxing place to spend a few days whilst visiting the game reserves. Very attentive staff, a large and comfy bedroom A lookout deck, pool, hammock and outdoor seating area are all lovely, and would be fabulous in warmer weather. Three course dinner (set menu) was delicious and all home-prepared on site. The dining room is also very nice, and we were seated right by the fire - very welcome in August. The shower did go cold on us twice, but I think in winter it's harder...

"The place is just stunning Huge room with living room. Deck with pool (small but warm) and many possibilities to sit and relax with a marvelous view onto the sea and beach. Close beach access and absolutely wonderful staff which helps in any regards. It will always be again this place!!!"

"I arrived early afternoon and was checked in immediately. I had forgotten to load my South Africa map on to my TomTom GPS before leaving the UK and the lady of the house helped me do this on her own computer for which I will be eternally grateful. room was nice with balcony with table and chairs and river view. Bathroom had a tub - wonderful- and there were plenty of electrical points to charge phone etc. I walked to the nearby Quay Street at dusk to the recommended brew pub where I had a couple...

"Hier stimmte wirklich alles….. wunderbare freundliche Gastgeber. Gemeinsames Essen….. gute Gespräche. Das macht für mich das Reisen in Südafrika so besonders, wenn man sich in solchen Unterkünften einbucht. Dieses Haus ist außerordentlich und es wird nicht mein letzter Besuch hier bleiben"
