"The room was clean. The hallway carpet was loose but it was apparent I upgrades were in progress. Breakfast was good. Only bummer was the hot tub was out of service. "

"Valet damaged my car manger still hasn’t returned my calls. Disappointing… room was pretty out dated. With that kind of customer service I won’t be returning."

"This hotel is so gorgeous!! I love the statues, how historical it is, the thought put into decorating everywhere. The room was gorgeous and the bed was super comfortable! The speakeasy in the hotel is also a really cool thing. The drinks were good, they had non-alcoholic cocktails for sober friends, the decorations were really cool and kept to the speakeasy theme. The only downfall is the Nationwide Parking garage lol. Depending on where you park, you'll have quite the walk to the hotel. The elevator was broken so to go from the skywalk to the hotel, I had to go down 3 flights of stairs. Thankfully, the stairs are easy on joints with how easy they are to go up and down. Bright side is that the parking garage is only $10 for overnight."

"Staff was very helpful and courteous. Hotel is in a nice location if you will be using the event center and parking is free. The hotel however needs updating. Our sheet was ripped on top and it was obvious the repair attempt was unsuccessful, yet it was on our bed. Bathroom was terribly small and door didn’t open and close without sticking. Toilet paper holder was broke and why shampoo and conditioner was in the shower but no body wash?"
