"Great stay. My room was originally drafty and the heat wasn't working. The staff quickly assisted me and gave me a new room. The bar and cafe were lovely additions to my overall Chicago experience. I hope to stay here again. **I still have not received my deposit back and it's been almost 3 weeks**"
