"Extremely friendly staff, helped to find restaurant and map. Breakfast good value and tea leaf tea! One member of staff dusting the windows at 22:30. Did I say very good value?"

"Nice quiet stay, nice large comfortable room, nice pool. Very good breakfast. Chateau is near the Canal were you can have a very nice walk, towards the city of Roanne or not."

"Clean, basic hotel with convenient location to downtown area and train station."

"Great value hotel! Excellent customer service, Zacharia was outstanding. The location worked well for us. The property was clean with a good size room, free parking with lots of spaces. We needed a convenient affordable hotel and this worked perfectly. "

"Very helpful staff food Excellent. Very Reasonable prices spoke English with the staff would Recommend"

"Helpful and friendly staff, great breakfast and dinner, A/C in the room. On the negative side, rooms are tiny and there doesn't seem to be an attendant on premises at night."

"Clean, tidy, easy to find and conveniently situated just off the main road. No frills budget hotel for a stop over while driving through France. People were nice, breakfast was great overall very good for the price can recommend if you just need a quick stop "

"Very nice place and super sweet and serviceminded hosts. The Price however was way over the normal standard. But it could be Ok, if the hotel was excellent. The website said aircondition, but there was no Aircondition. It also said pool, but it was green and not fit to swin in. There were bugs all over the room, and we were served as the buffet :-/ The dinner was good and the host really sweet, so all in all a Ok hotel, but the Price for one night is the same as we just paid for two nights (with...

"Breakfast was good but at 20 euros , the most expensive on the trip"

I had a business meeting in the nearby town of Cours and thought that this little hotel would be a good place for the night before. It was fine for a one night stay but would be not so great for longer. The good news is that there were no obvious mosquitoes, good because we had to leave windows open due to very poor air circulation otherwise in the stuffy rooms. We were...

"Personnel très agréable et à notre écoute. Il nous a permis de gérer un impératif horaire en nous mettant la chambre à disposition plus tôt. Repas et petit déjeuner sympathiques. Chambre propre et climatisée avant notre arrivée (canicule)."

"An okay hotel stay in Feurs. Property needs some maintenance, but it was good value."

"Hôtel très bien situé avec parking clôturé. L'accueil est exceptionnel et les chambres sont confortables, spacieuses, avec une propreté irréprochable. Il y a une grande piscine nichée dans un écrin de verdure, c'est magnifique et reposant. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel : des produits variés, frais et locaux. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour , merci à toute l'équipe de l'hôtel. Nous reviendrons dès que l'occasion se présentera."
