quelques soucis sur la propreté de la salle de bains: fonds des toilettes pas nettoyer poussieres sur la fenetre et mouche morte depuis bien longtemps douche ultra propre et lavabos aussi la chambre très spacieuse les draps changés et surtout pas de poussieres.....merci cordialement

Un chambre bureau à 150€ !

Les prix et la politique pratiqués par la chaîne sont inadmissibles ! J’ai payé plus de 150€ une “chambre” single. Il s’agit en réalité d’un bureau avec un lit simple. Les tarifs affichés à l’intérieur de la chambre varient normalement entre 65 et 125€. La réceptionniste, bien que sympathique au demeurant, ne dit que c’est la politique de la chaîne, si on réserve une semaine avant et qu’il reste peu de chambre, le prix augmente. Ok très bien mais qu’ils restent au moins cohérents avec les prix du marché pour une nuit de novembre à Roanne ! Qui plus est, je ne remets pas en cause la propreté de la chambre en soit mais plutôt l’état général vieillissant de la salle de bain et la qualité des meubles utilisés. Pas de bureau mais une table mobile d’hôpital pas très solide, une table basse bien abîmée, pas habituel pour un ibis style, une vue inexistante … et pour couronner le tout une isolation catastrophique, mon voisin ronflant déjà dès 22h … bref rien ne valant plus de 150€ !

De passage à l’hôtel après une longue journée de travail Juste besoin de prendre une douche et se relaxer , cela n’a pas été possible car la tele ne fonctionnait pas (chambre 202) et pas de savon dans la douche . Dommage pour un hôtel de ce style

L'hôtel a besoin de rénovation, surtout la salle d'eau qui présente des moisissures au niveau des joints de la douche. Mais la chambre était très propre, merci à Christine pour les soins apportés aux chambres.
