"Das erhaltene Zimmer entsprach nicht der gebuchten Kategorie. Gebucht wurde ein Zimmer mit großem Wasserbett, zugeteilt wurde ein kleineres Zimmer mit 2 normalen Einzelbetten. Ich hatte nicht das Gefühl, dass meine Einwände jemanden sonderlich interessiert hätten. Das einzige Zugeständnis bestand darin, dass mir die Betten zusammengeschoben wurden. "The room was clean the staff respond really fast when you need help it is family friendly the only issue I had was the tv I plugged it in but it said I need like an update and wasn’t working but that was the only issue that I had but over all very nice looking apartment"
