"This is my second time staying at this hotel, and the place is wonderful. I’m only giving it 4 stars because there were a few minor details in the room this time that I think are worth mentioning. Nothing concerning or that affected our stay, but I believe it’s helpful to point them out. Normally, there is a water bottle provided for guests, especially since the tap water is filtered. However, there wasn’t one in our room this time. Since there were three of us and we ran out of bottled water, we didn’t have a bottle to refill and keep cold in the fridge. Secondly, the bathrobes are starting to show some signs of wear and could probably be updated. Also, the bathtub faucet leaks when it is being used. That said, none of these things affected our stay at all. I know they are very attentive and make an effort to maintain a high standard, so I see these as just minor details. Other than that, my experience with the hotel was excellent. We had an issue with our reservation, and the communication and support we received to resolve it were absolutely outstanding. A 10/10 for their customer service!"

"Hôtel un peu vieillissant mais très bien entretenu situé parfaitement pour explorer les Milles Iles. 2 piscines (intérieur et extérieur), salle de jeux, gym, quais et descente pour bateau, on y va en groupe depuis 4 ans et on adore! Le personnel était sympathique, sauf la dame avec les cheveux blancs et courts à la réception... Heureusement, tout le reste du personnel était super!"

"Beautiful place to stay. The building is beautiful and well-maintained. The rooms are nicely put together and well thought out. The bed was plush and comfortable :) I also appreciated the in-room snack situation. This is an independent check-in setup, so you don't really see the staff, but they are available to communicate with. The parking situation is a little odd at first as the spots are tucked in the lot behind the building, but it's straightforward enough. It is very centrally located to all the activity in the area, making it a perfect place to stay when visiting."

"It's a typical motel. The pictures are not very accurate. The property is not on the water, and has no access to the river. It was very clean, minus a bit of mould in the shower. Bedding was fine, and the bed was comfortable. Shower was broken when we arrived, but the guy fixed it to the best of his ability. He offered us a different room but the smell of mothballs was so strong that we decided to kept our original. Neighbours were loud, but responded to my request to be quiet. My only real complaint was the porch light pouring into the room due to the old and paper-thin yellowish blinds and lack of curtains. Unfortunately, I was inches from the window and barely slept. We paid $170 CAD, with taxes and fees. I don't suggest paying over $125."
