"Clean room, good breakfast, staff are very efficient"

"There was a damp smell throughout the floor and the carpet was ripped in random locations with big patches missing. There isn't anything super special about this hotel to make it so much more expensive than the other 14 hotels I stayed at over the last year. My suggestion would be stay for 1 night to say you tried, but you'll see that spending more doesn't always get you more. "

"I had a wonderful stay at Park Inn (Iloilo City). The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making us ( my family ) feel at home. The room was spacious, and beautifully maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options, and the location was very convenient. Overall, Park Inn, exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly return on my next visit. Highly recommended!"

"Perfect stay at Bugana, the villa was well set up and lots of room for a family of four. We never had a bad meal and the choice for breakfast had something for everyone. The pool overlooks the beach so it’s very easy to keep an eye on the kids, but our favourite part was the staff so friendly and helpful. We will defiantly be staying again. "

"Ideal resort for young kids. It’s much like camping so if that isn’t your thing, you may be disappointed. Interesting rooms, ample beds and bedding. The A/C does keep the room cold. We stayed in a teepee. Two bunks as you enter, one on either side. Sink in front of you, shower to the left, toilet to the right. Showers are cold room is tight but perfect for what you are there for….to enjoy the waterpark. Waterpark is very fun. They have plenty of cottages(shelter) to rent for your stay, ideal for having a place for everyone to meet back. The breakfast was very good and we also ate at the restaurant for dinner as we had packed a small amount of food for lunch. I thought the staff was extremely friendly and I did not think this resort was expensive, as I’ve seen in other reviews. If you’re from the US, its around 120 for the room which includes the waterpark and breakfast…4 guests is 30/person. The waterpark alone is worth that. Your kids will love the decorations and will definitely enjoy the waterpark. I loved it so much, I booked another night. Set your expectations correctly, this is more like a really fun camping trip than a fancy disney resort."

"We stayed for 2 nights and booked 2 rooms for our stay. Property is nice surrounded by lots of trees, flowers and they have an organic vegetable garden, however, summer in Philippines is hot. Air conditioning is good however you need the room key to start it. So when away and coming back, it will take a bit of time to get the room to a comfortable temperature. Quite a good selection for the buffet breakfast. One of our room has some issues and staff was so accommodating and move us to another room which is nicer than the previous one and they offer to move the second room too. Nice gesture and appreciate it. Overall, I will book again if our travel brings us back to Philippines. "

"We had a wonderful staycation & we even extended our stay because the hotel is very convenient with easy access to SM mall. The location was perfect, downtown is walking distance with public transportation readily available. We had everything we needed right there. Rooms & hallways were clean with very attentive staff. The front service desk staff are exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable & very helpful. Breakfast buffet was awesome. Highly recommended & hope to be back again next year. "
