"We have stayed here several time.This was the first time the jacuzzi bathtub was not in our room.That was disappointing ,but other than that everything was fine."

"We arrived only to be told that they couldn’t provide a double bed room and we didn’t receive any communication prior to arrival. When we asked if we could have a single bed and book a second room the response was “I don’t know”. We had to go stay at a different hotel for the evening. The front office was not clean, had a strange smell, and the staff was unhelpful. It’s probably best that we ended up having to stay at a different hotel. My refund is currently being processed."

"Started out in a room with a horrific smell - and most of the bathroom fixtures loose and wobbly. There was a damp smell on the entire floor. It was nauseating. Once we reported the issue with the front desk, they worked quickly to get us moved - the second room was a great improvement and reset the whole tone of our stay. Breakfast was just okay - no offerings for anyone with allergies or restrictions of any kind. Juice wasn't good. Appreciated the fruit that was available the last couple days. The neighborhood wasn't exactly classy, but we never felt unsafe. It was well lit and was within 10 minutes of airport and 15 minutes to downtown - which was really nice."
