"Definitely not worth all of the hype.
Poor service whenever we went to the bars or restaurant (staff never available)
Breakfast hours are way too short to serve all the people they have staying.
We were told one of the pools was strictly for adults yet children and families allowed in. I would not visit this place again."

"This place was awesome! Brian showed us some amazing private hit spring tubs that are completely off the map. He also gave us a great recommendation for local eateries. We learned a lot about Chilean culture and history. Will be back again!"
