"Room needed maintenance.
Front door didn’t lock very well.
Shower head was spouting water all over the place and fixed it with a face washer hanging over it.
PowerPoint above vanity didn’t work, probably due to water from shower head
Bed was way too soft.
Water temperature in bathroom was so hot it could burn you, but water pressure was fine."

"It was clean, comfortable, Netflix worked well and there was good room service! Only complaint is there wasn’t any shower gel provided and the toilet didn’t flush well. It would be great to also had a microwave in each room. Great place though and conveniently located. Staff were lovely."

"Beautiful spacious room, does have a weird noise when heating is turned on but was made aware of that and used space heater provided.. everything was great just need a mattress topper on bed and they are very firm. Great updated rooms which was lovely otherwise and loved the shower "
