Comfort Hotel Bergen

10/10 Excellent

"We had a great stay here, staff was wonderful and helpful. Biggest room we've had in Scandinavia as well. And love the fact that there's an actual shower door unlike other hotels in this region lol. Brekky is fine, not as posh as other places but has enough to keep you satisfied while you do a full day of touristing. Location is great, just a short walk to city center and there's a grocery store about a 2 minute walk away"

"Does not feel like family hotel. Access to front lobby not secure. Bar noise gets very loud late into night. Checkin screen said shampoo conditioner in room. Not so. No help from manager either upon contact - phone, email. Window curtains had stains. Towels not clean. Overall maybe a fit for solo travelers on a budget not so much for family"

"Had a wonderful time during our stay at the hotel. The original hotel we had booked was shut down due to the strike, but we were very lucky to have stayed here instead. The rooms had amazing views of the port and were very spacious. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was also excellent, with wide selection of food and well decorated. Would stay here again if we visit Bergen again!"
