"Easy check in. We had contacted in advance about early check in options as our plane landed at 8.30am but this could not be guaranteed until the day unless we bought in advance the day before. We decided not too and the host contacted us in the morning to say we could head straight from the airport - this was so helpful. On arrival, check in was easy and smooth. We didn’t receive any sort of handover info in terms of ‘this is how you work heating, this is how you do TV’s etc’ but we managed to work everything out with a Google. Staff were on site, room cleaned daily, bins emptied etc. there were two gardeners also always on site, and the garden grounds were immaculate and well maintained. The apartment ( we stayed in the cottage) had everything we could need and was truly self catering including tea towels, washing up liquids, oil etc! On day we sat out on the sun loungers and the gardeners arrived with cushions without prompting and fitted these for us - very kind! Felt safe and secure with gated entry, quiet area other than some birds that were noisy in the morning but nothing can help that! We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to visit again. Checkout was quick and smooth too!"
