"The property was really good. Clean, tidy and well presented. My only issue was that the radiators were not as warm despite being on the highest setting. The bedroom especially was very cold. Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. People are so busy spmetimes one will forget to check that the deposit has been returned back"

"Manu was a great host, he was very welcoming and helpful and provided clear instructions to find the apartment, parking and how to get into the property. The property was exactly as advertised, in a great location and was spotless. Also, having tea and coffee at the property is only a small touch but has a great impact and shows Manu cares for guests. "Had a lovely stay at Windsor cottage. Well presented, great amenities and the most comfortable bed in the master bedroom. Slept like a log! Parking was at front door, it was very busy while we were there so we were lucky to get the park we did, in saying this we did not need the car because we could walk to everything. "The room we had was upgraded slightly which was nice . The room cleanliness was lovely and clean and housekeeping staff need to be praised. The only issue I had was lack of communication with the emails I had been sending and not being answered and when they did and wrote a reply again no answer. Staff need better communication when emails are sent and also training on how to respond. The messages that I was sent last night from them basically made me out to be a liar . Due to this i wouldn’t stay here again ."
