"We stayed there for 5 nights and overall a great experience. We arrived late on a Saturday evening and had a bit of trouble getting to our room as everything is digital: checkin, getting into the building, lift & room, and my phone nearly died! "El checkin fue accidentado. Llegamos y el codigo no funcionaba en la puerta de la habitación y ya eran las 3 pm. Habiamos varios huéspedes con el mismo problema. Uno de los huéspedes hizo una llamada y resolvieron, de repente a todos nos funcionó el codigo respectivamente. En la habitación éramos dos personas y solo había un vaso, no había agua de tomar. El aire acondicionado no enfriaba. La temperatura mas baja tomaba era 25 grados y aun así l se sentía muy caliente. Por otro lado de o decir...

"Ik was op zakenreis en dit is perfect. Heel ruim appartement, ontzettend proper en alles bij de hand: handdoeken, shampoo, douchegel, .. Enige minpuntje: de douche kan iets beter. Voor mij is dit geen spelbreker, ik kom absoluut terug. "

"There was a suite flat above a restaurant, and the smell of food could be felt throughout the unit and was annoying. During the day, the suite was like a steam sauna because it was all windows and above the roof. Despite two small air conditioners and a fan, it was unbearable. However, the view from the room was incredibly beautiful and tempting. There was no shampoo and the unit was full of insects coming from the lake because there was no fan and you had to keep the window open all the time....

"Excellent communication from start to finish With map and tram details to get to apartment. In a great location 2 minute walk to lake and a lovely 15 minute stroll to centre or a tram just outside. Room had everything you needed and got cleaned within our stay which doesnt normally happen in an apartment. Staff were friendly and when my travel plug didn’t work they were on hand with a spare which I could keep for whole of trip. If we ever visit Zurich again I would definitely stay here."
