Kommunikation nicht möglich. Storno Anfrage wurde nicht bearbeitet. Expedia verweist an Hotel und umgekehrt. Hotel erst mit massiver Verzögerung die Antwort, da Besetzung nur im Rahmen Sportcenter Öffnungszeiten. Rufnummern von Expedia entweder nicht erreichbar oder Warteschleife/Abbruch. Nur KI Bearbeitung möglich, unsere Notaufnahme in der Klinik war aber um 19:00 Uhr. Erst am nächsten Tag kam nur die Antwort vom Hotel, dass wir über Expedia stornieren könnten; Antwort von Expedia kam jedoch nie.

Wir haben im Appartement übernachtet und waren sehr zufrieden. Tolles, neues Gebäude, super ausgestattet und sauber. Absolut empfehlenswert ist auch das Sportangebot und das Schwimmbad. Einen halben Punkt Abzug gibt’s trotzdem, da wir mit einem vierjährigen Kind da waren und es leider keine Spielecke, bzw. eine Beschäftigungsangebot für Kinder im Sportcenter gibt.
