I booked this stay very last minute and was very pleasantly surprised. The room was above and beyond what I expected. The location is perfect, super close to the sunset viewpoint and the rooftop is the perfect location to watch the balloons from. Breakfast every day was wonderful and the ladies who serve it so friendly. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, offering tour advice, recommendations for dinner and the owner himself came and introduced himself which was a very nice touch. As a solo female traveler I felt incredibly safe and welcomed. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

The room was a very comfotable size with comfortable furnature. The staff were also friendly. But... the toilet was constantly running, making a little river to the drain with a little puddle in the middle. The toilet seat slid off very easily. The showerhead holder was broken, so the showerhead had to be shoved between the pipe and the wall just to stop it from hanging down.

Good location, friendly staff. Room was too small for a family of four but doable for a weekend trip if you spend a lot of time out. Breakfast could be better. Bedding and towels old and need to be replaced. Bathroom tiny.

I was in Turkiye for 55 days, and this was the best hotel I stayed in Turkiye. The Cave Room is so cool and comfortable, it was the best sleep I got during my whole trip. There was also coffee and tea everyday which made waking up very nice. The staff is so sociable, as a solo traveler I was happy to be able to hang out at the hotel and have tea and talk with the two gentlemen who worked there who treated me like a friend who had come to visit. An excellent example of real Turkish hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel!

i stayed in a cave room, which was clean and equipped well. A receptionist ( sorry but i forgot to ask his name.. he is a student of tourism) was amazing. He was gentle, friendly, and helpful; when the shower broke, he fixed quickly! The breakfast was nice with a view from the terrace. location was perfect. definitely recommend this hotel.

Ali, the front desk guy was amazing. Super professional, kind, cordial and helpful. The breakfast was great and better than those continental breakfasts. He helped me with tours, transfers, info about what to do in the city etc. I just loved staying there! :) Such a great customer service and customer care. As a result, I will bring my parents there.

Had a great stay here. staff was really amazing and helped a ton in booking very last minute activities and airport shuttle. Room was very comfortable, location is great (close to an amazing viewpoint for the baloons), and roof top views is great as well. The only complaints that I have are... the washrooms needs a bit of deep clean and updating. Drinking glasses during breakfast is a bit dirty and wifi signal could've been improved (dead spots and sometimes disconnects). Other than that, will definitely recommend for the price paid and for the service alone.

Property needs some fixing, particularly the bathroom. Every time we took a shower, the bathroom flooded from a leak in the tub. We didn't need our bathroom to be cleaned daily but because of this, it was necessary. I Iove the staff though. Very accommodating and friendly. Always helping with a smile. Egemen was incredible, Book your stay at this hotel. You wont regret it, the breakfast was very good and so was my room, very clean and spacious. Both brothers made sure I was safe throughout my trip and they were such kind people. When I return I will stay at the same hotel again. They provided impeccable service and really took care of me. Egemen was so handsome and he made the driver wait for me at the airport even though my flight was delayed 3 hours. I recommend you book your tours with them, because they really pick out the best tours best suited for you. I fell in love with Cappadocia. The brothers taught me so much about turkish history and I cant wait to come again. They really go out of their way just to help you, you wont regret it.

The shower door above the bathtub leaked water on the floor. The bathtub is somehow raised very high. There is a foot pedestal in front of the bathtub. I literally had to climb into the bathtub. Luckily I had no mobility difficulty. This could become a major accessibility problem that was not disclosed when I made the reservation of this hotel.

I absolutely do not recommend staying here. For starters, I was given a room that had a strong cigarette smell. I asked the staff to change rooms and they did. At night, staff smokes inside in the reception, so to get to my room I had to pass through a hallway full of smoke and smelling bad, so unpleasant! This smell is so ínstense that also goes up to the rooms. There is a no smoking sign but this is clearly a joke since staff don’t respect it. Secondly, this hotel is very noisy at night , there’s zero sound insulation in the room. The last night, at 12am, I had to go to the reception and ask the staff to keep the voice down cause they were chatting so loud that I couldn’t sleep. The breakfast was good but clearly not enough to stay here again.

Although staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious, the facilities were so poor. If the price was half, I wouldn’t complain much but my experience in the hotel wasn’t totally worth the price I paid. Firstly, I chose this hotel because I thought I could use a bathtub but it wasn’t available because there’s no bath plug, plus the bathtub is dirty with mold. Second, my room was located next to the parking space and people sit next to my window space. However, the window wasn’t properly shut and it was noisy people talking outside at night. Plus, people were smoking outside and it came to my room which was totally unpretentious. Finally, the hairdryer didn’t work even though my hair is long. I asked reception to give me a new hairdryer but they just said it would work, which was not actually true. Additionally, the door was so hard to be locked. I wondered why they don’t fix it. I didn’t feel safe. I understand that the building itself is old. However there’re many things that could be improved like amenities, windows, keys, and better deep cleaning. It was shame that i couldn’t relax and sleep well due to the noise even though I wanted to enjoy and chill out during the stay in Cappadocia.
