Khách sạn New Albany

"Great stay. Clean good breakfast and pet friendly"

"We stayed here 1 year ago and it was pretty good, but the property is rapidly going into disrepair. I will.not be staying here again."

"The hotel served our purpose for the price. Thank you for the stay."

"Only thing is no coffee pot in room . We get up early and can’t get coffee due to lobby lock and I don’t want to wake the staff up"

"We have stayed here many times. Always clean. Everyone friendly. Great breakfast!"

"Very impressed with the breakfast setup. Very modern. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were not. Most of the staff was very nice, just an issue with one person."

"Room was clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Would stay again. Complimentary breakfast was okay. Minor issues - sink didn’t drain properly, toilet didn’t flush fully without extra flushing, one of the shower products was empty and we had to call mid-shower. But staff is very attentive and quick to respond!"

"Nice"

"This hotel was a major disappointment. Dirty, in need of updating. Not up to Marriott standards and it was expensive too."

"Good place to stay if you are on a budget. The breakfast was just white bread and a toaster or cereal from a mass container. Orange juice didn’t appeal but was available. Rooms were old, but clean. A bit on the noisy side at night, but better than other motels in this price range"

"They were very flexible with our adding on another day stay and late checkout. Very pleasant staff."

"Room was very clean, and bed was super comfortable. We only stayed one night, but would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others! It’s close to restaurants as well as a short drive from downtown."
