Clean room and spacious, comfortable bed and voice control in the room self laundry service on the floor housekeeping staff it’s very polite and friendly. Breakfast is good and free afternoon tea and midnight snacks great service highly recommended and will return to the same hotel next time."

"This was actually my second booking at this hotel, and I’m happy to say the experience was just as good as the first time. The staff were, once again, incredibly friendly and helpful - they even allowed an early check-in, which I really appreciated. The room was clean, comfortable, and free from any cigarette smell, which is a big plus for us. Breakfast was included and generous, and the overall service felt consistent with my previous stay. Just like before, the small lane leading to the hotel has a bit of an odor, but once you’re inside, it’s quiet and very comfortable. The location is super convenient, right in the middle of a walking street with easy access to food and shops. I’d definitely recommend this place and will keep coming back whenever I’m in the area."
