"Check in power went out at 8pm never came back on till 2.30 am was offered a flash light nothing else I would have expected some sort of discount or free breakfast was offered nothing won't stay there again"

"We had booked in to the Baddeck Domes for our stay but they were not finished being built. This was very disappointing for us. The owner made it right by giving us a full refund for the Domes. We then stayed in the Baddeck motel. The room was tiny, there was mold on the curtains, but the beds were clean and comfortable enough. It looks like they may be doing some renovations on the motel. The staff was the best part of the stay. "

"I just found good staff who refund me for my other day because i wanted to leave the hotel. I had bad experience. Mattress was terrible and pool was not working. AC has garbage inside. "
