When we asked to be moved to a room away from housekeeping on the first floor, the woman who checked us in took the time to search on the computer and find us one. "Got there to check in and there’s a number on the door to call because the door is locked. Nobody answered the phone called it about 20 times and also called the phone at the desk multiple times there is no answer. We knocked on the door. We drove around the property and ended up having to go check into another hotel nearby now I have to fight to get my money back."
