"We paid for an upgrade but it was a fairly standard room with a view of the car park. Having said that, the staff were very pleasant, the room was clean, bed comfortable and an excellent power shower. Buffet style breakfast was delicious with additional items freshly prepared if requested. I would happily stay again."

"We recently stayed at Clayton Hotel Manchester Airport. The check-in team were super helpful and friendly, which made for a great first impression.
The rooms were adequate overall, although unfortunately the heater in my room was broken, so it was a little cold during the stay.
The restaurant menu offered good variety and the food quality itself was very nice. However, the service level from the team was quite poor. We noticed guests waiting a long time to be seated, and we had to chase a...
