The Hilton Canopy hotel was very nice! The front desk and room service personnels were on point! Darryl and Miss Lala were very friendly, professional and kind. The hotel itself was beautiful and clean, but the surrounding areas were a bit dirty and filled with too many homeless people.

Property great my check in was excellent the front desk staff Ron went above and beyond thank you so much . I wish the room had a bathtub though like the canopy in Maine but overall my one night stay was awesome

Everything was great, from checking checkout. The location was not too far from Bourbon Street and Frenchman Street. Staff were well aware of what's around for recommendation. I just wished they had a refrigerator in the instead of a beverage chiller.
