Bon rapport qualité prix, mais sachez qu'il n'y a pas d'acceuil (tout par code d'entrée fourni avant votre arrivée). Les tasses ne sont pas lavées tous les jours (mais c'est vite fait de la faire par vous-même). C'est à 15' du centre-ville (mais quartier securitaire)

Unfortunately the building was being renovated. The friends ?arrived after we arrived to prepare the room. New arrival booking in still had the same key code for the doors to enter. However if you want a no frills.....good comfortable bed for a night cheaply you will get what you want.

Great location and free onside street parking. They currently going through renovations which we weren't advised until we arrived. So expect banging super early and throughout the whole day. The place may be well priced however the bathroom was super dirty. The shower walls had mold and the shower liner also had mold. The sheets were clean but the bedspread seemed like it had not been cleaned. The place is older however a few nice touches would have made the stay nicer. Like matching neatly folded towels. Cleaner linens and cleaner bathroom. The staff was kind but a little more effort with cleaning the place would have been nice. After our stay, I would have probably preferred paying the extra money to stay elsewhere.
