We had a great stay! The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect—everything was within walking distance, which made getting around so convenient. My only suggestion would be to add a full-length mirror somewhere in the room, as the only mirror available was in the bathroom. Other than that, everything was wonderful, and we really enjoyed our stay!

The hotel and room itself were as expected and clean. The front desk staff was kind and professional but, wrote the wrong room number on our room cards causing issues. A member of the maintenance team was very helpful in resolving. The valet gentleman was outstanding. The hotel’s location was very convenient for what we were dining and a good value when compared to nearby hotels.

The A/C didn't work so well, they have no vending machine and ice maker. But in the rooms you have a full refrigerator a microwave and a stove top they don't offer a oven they also have silverware cups plates, so if you bring your own food and drinks you can make something in your hotel room. They offer breakfast which is pretty good

The Element by Westin was a cute and comfortable hotel. The room was spacious and immaculate. The manager Dasha, was professional and quite pleasant. The staff is young, and learning key lessons on the job. I truly appreciate the effort of the team that provided breakfast. They were helpful even when patrons came in late. Overall the experience was very good.

Overall, the state was nice. It was conveniently located to our event and food. The hotel was clean. It had a complementary breakfast that wasn’t just one or two staff trying to put together breakfast. It was actually a crew putting together breakfast. It had fruits muffins, yogurt, bar, pancake station, breads, coffee juice. We were able to visit the fitness center. The only issue I had was being that I booked through Expedia, I was charged additional fees. They said that Expedia is not charging the correct fees so that wasn’t good customer service making this expense fall back on the customer blindly. Not sure if that’s the hotel‘s fault or Expedia. But other than that, it was good stay.
