Rooms were extremely clean and well maintained.
Breakfast was limited to those of us that are carnivores, many vegan and healthy foods served.
Staff and valet personnel are extremely polite and helpful.
Very clean and spacious room. Breakfast very complete and excellent location, walking distance of every place.

The hotel was good. Staff were professional and nice. The building was under construction and did not have a lot of amenities. Like no gym but there was bikes, water/tea, breakfast, and a little hangout section. The room was nice and clean along with the bathroom. Everything was good!
Amazingly clean room, smelled brand new, staff was amazing and friendly, location was easy to find, self parking right next door or across the street, valet option available, and breakfast was great with a wide array of options. My only complaint is the bed being a little too firm and pillows too soft. Then being right next to the elevator when people were coming in at all hours of the AM (2-7) and being loud/yelling. The rooms aren’t very sound proof and no loud AC to hide any outside noise like at other hotels. The central AC worked great compared to those below the window units do, though! Our room was cooled off in no time and stayed cool!
The property was great, clean, well lit, my executive king suite was amazing and had a great view of the city. Everything was within walking distance. The breakfast was just ok. There was a lot of variety, but it was lacking breakfast meat like sausage or bacon. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was a little concerned about the lack of check in during the fire "evacuation". My husband and I walked down from floor 12. I think the "evacuation" was over, but no hotel employee was waiting at the bottom and there was no real check point. We walked off to breakfast and no one contacted saying where are you or gave us the all clear. Other than that, our stay was excellent 4.9 stars

great staff and location. but room was needing support
My overall experience was amazing, the staf was so friendly and helpful, property was clean and smelled fresh and inviting, breakfast was good but wish they had better selctions. Overall I enjoyed my stay
With only being open for about 6 weeks they were working on the building, and I know it only a continental breakfast but the can get some more variety!
Good except: 1) breakfast was a joke-closing at 9am, 2/5 days no coffee and 2/5 days no milk in espresso machine, out of pastries, out of eggs…. 2) fire evacuation - we walked down 16 flights of stairs, pushed open the 1st floor exit door to find ourselves in an indoor construction site! Very unsafe if evacuating. 3) they take $80 a day ‘in case’ and refund it 5 bus days after check out. Could do better
Breakfast is just average, Most of the staff was nice but two of the women at the front desk are just awful. The room was fluffed every day, not cleaned just fluffed, better than nothing. Manager tried,I guess to make things better, but it wasn't enough for the way the check in was handled by the older woman at the front desk. She made this a bad place to be for 5days. I was made to feel unwelcome, she told me I would just have to figure it out and find a new hotel. This all because she refused to believe she was putting in a bank card number wrong. Only thing done to " make it right" was to still charge me extra money after we left.
I like the lil kitchen setup in the room. The laptop stand was also cute
Pillows were a tad too soft and I don’t think my phone work.
The 1st night there was no hot water and the maids were great! Followed instructions to the letter!!
It was an enjoyable experience that was heavy on security.

The hotel is very new, in excellent condition, and does a very nice breakfast. Nice seating outside the hotel entry
The staff are inexperienced and not particularly supportive. We had two false fire alarms on consecutive days, one of which was promptly reverted by the manager and the other was not. The latter meNt that some oc is had to climb down greater than 12 floors of stairs. There appeared to be a problem in getting back in to any floor from the stairwell. The staff for not know how to react
This was a brand spanking newly opened hotel, so it as a few quirks that are usually needed to identify and work out with something new. Our toilet was not working correctly they attempted to plunge it and after identifying that it needed more work, my wife and I was moved to a better room that we was initially in. Other than that it was great
At check in, there was one associate with six guests and the phone ringing endlessly. Decisions are made by our reception. These young people did not seem trained in hospitality. They functioned with the tasks. But, some manager should be reassigned for not supporting at the desk. When I was checking out, one person at the desk with a guests with a credit card issue...it went on and on....a line of 8 guests formed. When the associate was asked if there was more help, she said no
. We all know all decisions come thru the desk. Could you get the front desk manager to support with answering the phone or helping at the desk. The desk is the weakest link of my experience. I stayed 2 nights. Breakfast is wonderful. The rooms are beautiful. But, oneply toilet paper is insulting. Get some assistance to the front desk. That is your issue.
