Staff was awesome. The bed was great. The view was incredible. The elevators were fast. The entrance and getting to the check in was confusing, but after the first mistake it was fine. Great location with plenty of food choices and a Rouses grocery store in walking distance.

Can't go wrong for a stay with plans at the Superdome. Not even a 5 minute walk and the breakfast is top notch and free! Hotel does let you check in early/check out late for an additional charge depending on availability and how much time. Very pleasant and enjoyable stay no issues. Will definitely be back!
