"The residence was well kept and stocked with goodies for the guests. The rooms were quiet and clean. The courtyard and surrounding grounds were nicely maintained. The location is approximately one mile from the French Quarter and Mid Town for a variety of dining and walking options. I really enjoyed the stay and plan to return in the future."

"Great Location, but Several Disappointing Issues
We recently stayed at the New Orleans Courtyard Hotel and Suites with a group of friends. While the location was convenient, just outside the French Quarter on Rampart Street, the overall experience left a lot to be desired.
One of our friends had no hot water for the first two days of our stay, and the TVs in multiple rooms weren’t working. We booked a king room, but the bathroom was extremely small, barely large enough for two people to fit...

"Most staff nice, but two of the female receptionists were extremely unfriendly, unhelpful and very rude. I’ve never known rudeness on this scale, especially from front desk and for absolutely no reason at all. One was night receptionist with glasses who wouldn’t even look up to acknowledge us when we asked to buy a soft drink. She just said ‘behind me’ meaning go behind reception and get it yourself. No please, no thank you, no smile. She just looked annoyed that we even asked then took payment....

"Nothing was good aside from being walking distance to Armstrong Park and French quarter. I've stayed on over 50 hostels across the world that looked better than this in 3rd world countries. From the bed box spring being filthy with signs of bed bugs, people living there long term druggies, mold on walls and the ac leaking with mold and even old fried snot on the wall beside the bed."

"Room was clean but had noticed a reddish stain on one of the towels, noticed the black mold around one of the light switches and on the lamp shades, didn’t like how the shower didn’t get hot or even warm until my last day and I didn’t like how the front door was locked at a certain time and had to knock a few times to be let in but other than that staff was friendly, property was beautiful and they have a good playlist"

"The hotel and room are clean, but they’ve seen better days. WiFi was so bad that it was practically unusable. Don’t stay here expecting to do work or stream anything to your devices. Having said all that, the location is excellent and the hotel offered a nice discount at the attached restaurant."
