"The front desk personnel are great, and the hotel is fine, but has a large, busy entrance with no real security (at least during the evening when I stayed there). I had an unpleasant encounter with a strange non-guest, who was loitering in the lobby and approached me with personal questions while I was at the front desk. I later heard that this person attempted to interact with another guest later that same night, and was finally escorted off the property. Although this incident was not the fault of the hotel, I was uncomfortable for the rest of my stay. On a happier note: the oysters at Trenasse, located in the lobby, are fantastic!"
