"The rug had stains, hair dryer was smoking and blowing the fuse, the refrigerator knob was broken so it was only barely cold, the tv channel selection to watch anything was terrible and you couldn’t log into outside providers (it would just pop error codes). Staff were friendly and helpful. It had valet parking at $54.00 a day 🙄"

"We arrived early with my son and girlfriend, their room was ready, but ours wasn’t and by the time our room was ready the hotel put us in a handicap room on the 14th floor on the older side of the hotel that was outdated! My sons room on the 5th floor was a beautiful modern room When we complained about it to the front desk, we were told that we were put in that room because we booked with a third party (Expedia) we were so offended, we had to argue with the manager, and had to stay in the...

We appreciated the safe parking. The courtyard was lovely. We had a king bed room overlooking the courtyard, which was comfortable. We loved our stay here!! The breakfast was ok. "
