Took an hour for us to check-in. Long lines and only two front desk employees. The elevator is a nightmare! Make sure you plan ahead of time because you can spend 30 minutes waiting for an elevator. Lovely stay, great staff. But AC didn’t work and neither did the ATM on site. Great atmosphere in the lobby area and spacious rooms.
