"The hallway outside was never vacuumed during the 4 days we were there. We missed the coffeemaker in the room. The furniture in the room needs to maintained better. The corners of the furniture were chipped and showed bare wood."

Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
"Hotel is nice, but there was clear water damage in the room we stayed in. The elevators here are absolutely terrible. They take so long, especially when the hotel is packed. The staff seems over it, and there are some random fees that weren't totally expected."

"I’ve had read tons of bad reviews (works on progress, hours waiting for an elevator, rude staff, dirty rooms, terrible breakfast…). This is not the Ritz Carlton! But for a short NY stay it was worth every $ spent. The breakfast was ok, some bread, bananas and oranges and a selection of sugared cereals. ..."
