Originally booked a room facing the lake. (Which we were excited about, since it was our 1st ever visit to NYC). Upon arrival they let us know that they had "maintenance issues" with our room and sent us to a different room. What a bummer.. Everything else was great! 5 stars for allowing visitors ...

Hilton Garden Inn NYC Financial Center/Manhattan Downtown
My coffee machine didn't work. I have a Keurig and tried a couple times. Not a big deal, finding coffee in nyc is not exactly difficult, but would have been nice to have little something in the room. Should have reported it perhaps but that's not how I spend my vacation time.
