"The lobby area is nice and well maintained. The rooms are dated and things are broken. The toilet in my kids run was leaking and the shower in our room was leaking. Needs some serious upkeep. The concierge and maids were great tho."

"Staff was super nice and the line to check in and out moved quick. Housekeeping maintained the rooms well. We always came back to a nice clean space. AC worked perfectly too. TV was nice because we were able to connect our phones to stream or log into our Netflix account. Overalll ROW is amazing ..."
