"Some years ago we had the fortune to stay here and we had a great and pleasant time. My family and I were excited to go back and a spend a weekend this time. However, our air tickets were cancelled the some day to inclement weather in the midwest. We had several thunderstorms, tornado warnings and flash flooding warnings. The airlines cancelled all flights from several cities from the midwest. Expedia did an exceptional job advocating about our case to the hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel...

"Excellent location !"

"The room was clean and comfortable. The door to the wardrobe in my room was broken so I didn't feel great about using it. The doors to the room are really heavy and when they close its really loud, especially in a quiet hallway. I don't mind getting up early, but being woken up by a slamming door kinda sucked. The staff seemed a little standoffish but maybe thats just midtown. The price definitely reflects the location more than anything else. The location was great."

"The hotel itself was very nice and close to everything. I forgot my toothbrush and staff were so helpful to accommodate me with a lot of stuff. Me and my wife traveled with our two dachshunds and everyone at the hotel, guests and staff were so welcoming and friendly."
