Nice facility but please put microwaves in the room. Coming all the way to the lobby is not cool. Also allow people to purchase food from places of their choice. Realised that no food could be delivered to the hotels address when you put in in. I know you had options but sometimes people want to eat native foods

When we arrived to the hotel at midnight the front desk man was extremely kind and knowledgeable. He takes many notes and very clearly tries his best. The bathroom in our room however was disgusting. There were dirty black blotches all over the floor. Dried pee on the seat, and on the floor as well.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Shuttle driver was excellent and gave options for dining. Rooms were clean and comfortable and relatively quiet for its location to airport. Easy access to airtran. Rooms could be a touch bigger but worked fine for 1 night stay. Would definitely stay here again.

The front desk staff were amazing! Super fast check in - we came early as we had just gotten off a cruise ship and we were checked in well before time. There is a large mall and fast food a 30 min uber drive away. A bus stop at the front of the hotel an take you to the train into Manhattan. The front desk booked us in for our airport shuttle the following day. We had spent a month travelling USA so had lots and lots of luggage. We were happy to go on a later shuttle to let others go to the airport first but front desk assured us we would be fine. The next day, the shuttle driver Nick was very rude to us, complaining about our luggage, we tried to explain that we had mentioned it at booking and was told it would be fine. He never helped us load it all into the shuttle and then told us to "hurry up" as he watched us load it. Once we were on our way to the airport he continued to complain. Another passenger checked that he was dropping us all off at terminal 1 but he refused saying he would only take us to Federal Circle. After other passengers said that reception assured them we would all be taken to terminal 1, he begrudgingly dropped us all off there. It was an 8 minute journey in total, yet he was complaining that he would be late returning to the hotel. It was a terrible way to end such a fantastic stay at a lovely hotel. It has made me hesitate to stay here on future visits to Queens.

Wonderful staff but for $350 per night for this quality of an establishment I expected sound proof windows or blackout shades. Even with earplugs, no slerp.
