Staff was great and really nice. The room was fine also. The hotel is 30 min walk from anything interesting. Parking was almost impossible. It's a little expensive for what it's worth.

If you just need a place to stay for one night this if fine. I’m not sure why but I didn’t feel comfortable here for a long term stay. Place is outdated but it’s the cheapest for the area. Close car ride to Williamsburg restaurants and attractions. Not the greatest for walking back to at night, but you can always Uber. Parking was easy to find on random side streets a few blocks away, just pay attention to alternate side street parking. The balcony is funny, you walk outside to stare at the wall of another building. Staff was friendly, our toilet was broken and they came up right away to try and help. Bed was big. Heat definitely worked great for the winter time.

Rented a room for my birthday and it was very peaceful and quiet. I had a corner room with balcony which gave us a very beautiful view of the city. The jacuzzi style tub was also pleasurable. Will definitely book again.

I enjoyed my stay, the hotel was really clean and nice. The staff was very friendly! The only issue was parking. We eventually got lucky and found a spot. We utilized Lyft so we didn't have to drive until we left. Overall very good experience, definitely will return!
