Just what we needed for our stay. The breakfast was a great way to save money while visiting and it ended up really being great! Friendly staff. Coffee and water available in the lobby for guests was very welcomed as well.

Great location!

Hotel was located in a great spot for local travel as well as restaurants and bars. If we would have any complaint it would be that the pillows were flat, aside from that we had a great experience

We had a mixed experience at Holiday Inn Express Wall Street. Our first night was good. The front desk staff at check-in was polite and helpful, and the breakfast the following morning was good and well organized. However, during the night, at approximately 2:00 a.m., while we were asleep, an unknown person opened our hotel room door. This was extremely frightening and represents a serious security failure. When we contacted the front desk, we were told it was another guest who “got confused,” which does not explain how someone else was able to access our room. Due to this incident, we no longer felt safe and made the decision to check out immediately, forfeiting our second night. While some aspects of the stay were positive, guest safety is fundamental, and this incident overshadowed everything else. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again.

Good hotel

Good experience. Decent sized and clean rooms with good breakfast. For vegetarians like me, waffles and fruits (other than banana) would have been good choices, but they were missing.
