People in hotel were very friendly and very clean the best is the best was the Breakfast was very good and FRESH daily coffee was excellen, the items was vrities not just toast and coffee i would go back there anytime again, i was very pleased

Not a high end hotel but worth it and the breakfast was awesome to have available. Air conditioner needed a touch up it would blow cool then random 10 min of heat.

We had 3 nights stay at this hotel during June 2024. First night we have given basement room (which i think no one should live) with no AC in summer. Whole night none of us able to sleep properly. while complaining about AC, one of staff member (Alex) asked me to send someone. Guy came to check and he acknowledged that AC is not working but he never came back. multiple time calling reception didnt solved problem. So i have to talked with Alex reception guy and he came to room and said he dont see this as issue. and he also told whole hotel is sold out so you dont have option to go anywhere and if you want to complain talk to manager. Very bad behavior , because of this we had full next day headache (sleepless night). on complaining manager she didnt even care about talking with Alex who had given us hard time , instead she just asked us to change the room. Never ever i will go this hotel and nor anyone i should suggest. They charged as 400$ per night with this terrible service.

Parking prohibitive but hey it's Manhattan. It cost 50 USD for the gas to come from Montreal but 55 per day to park your car. Hotel is very well placed, very clean, depending on the price I will return to this hotel. Staff should be more responsive in the morning with the included breakfast. Recommended.
