"It is an older property but staff is friendly and helpful. The air conditioner was rather noisy but had ear plugs so did not impact sleep. Could not hear neighbors at all. Close to lots of “stuff”. Would stay here again. Room was reasonable size. "

When I arrived at the Radisson the front desk told me that my booking was transferred to the Holiday Inn Lower East Side approximately 5 trains stops away. I was very upset that no notice was ever provided to me and in fact had received a reminder email of my Radisson booking only a...
