We were placed in a smaller room than we paid for. The room was extremely small, the bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom was tiny. I did not sleep the first night. The second night were moved to a much better room. I was finally able to sleep the second night.

The hotel is in a great location for shopping, dining, Broadway theaters, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Times Square, and not too far from Central Park. The single queen bed room was small, which is not surprising for NYC, and the shower door leaked water all over the room. Overall, solid Midtown location and I would stay again.

This hotel is located at the busy area, easy access to attractions and subway. But driving is nightmare. No onsite parking. Need to park at nearby public parking and get hotel to validate your ticket to get hotel parking rate. Hotel is small but room is spacious enough at such prime location.
