"I appreciated having a roll-in shower, but the floor was covered with water when I was done - perhaps a small lip can keep water in the shower. Room was fine but we missed having a chair to sit in and a small body lotion available in the bathroom along with washcloths - we got them the next day. The staff and ease of getting around with my walker was very good. All-in-all, I would stay there again."

"This was the perfect choice for a very short visit to NYC. The hotel is under a bit of construction, but it was still very clean. The staff was exceptional. Every person we dealt with was kind, helpful, and professional. The location is great for walking anywhere near Times Square and the Theater District. The shuttle service to the airport, which was recommended by the bell staff, was outstanding. It was such a huge convenience. Our room was comfortable and very very clean. I would definitely stay there again."

"This hotel needs a total overhaul! One cannot open the blinds so room is always dark. Rusty mirror in bathroom, cabinet doors do not close. No phone in the room so had to go to front desk to talk to the staff. Horrible experience. 2-3 stars at best and should be charged accordingly. They have a nice looking lobby but the rooms are really bad."

"The Park Central is conveniently located in Midtown near Central Park and Times Square. The elevators take a long time, so give yourself extra time if you have somewhere to be. The beds were clean and comfy. The walls were thin enough that we were able to hear other guests loudly throughout the night. Even though this is a non-smoking hotel, as soon as I left my room, the hallway reeked of cigarette smoke. I told the front desk and they didn’t seem to care. I was also given a voucher for a complimentary breakfast at their coffee place, Central Market. The cashier was extremely rude and didn’t want to help me. If I do return, I’d definitely skip this coffee place and go to Starbucks on the corner."

"To start off, the location of this hotel is amazing! We only stayed one night but they upgraded our room to a king! The staff were super helpful and friendly. Would stay here again and recommend to others!"
