Enjoyed my Biz trip

Great location! Restaurants everywhere. The only thing I missed having was a desk in the room to take phone calls. It could also have better lighting but the windows are huge and let in natural light. Loved my stay! The staff was also super friendly.

The property is quite tired. I had to move room because of a problem with broken fittings. Thankfully the staff upgraded my room, which was better. I'm not sure I'd stay again.

Not a conventional hotel and the lack of traditional amenities take some getting used to. However would like to mention that staff were very helpful and this went a long way to make our stay pleasant and productive.

Rooms are very small with limited storage/clothes organization space. It might be okay if you’re traveling light and have 1 luggage but not more. Bathroom is small, but more importantly shower is hard to use and show spouts were moldy. The room turnover service did change the bedsheets within a day, but they did not replace the wet that were towels used. Property has a rooftop bar and a speak easy that has an adjacent entry to the main door, it was okay.

My husband and I really enjoyed staying here. The location was pretty good for getting around Manhattan with a subway station 2 blocks away. And the room and bathroom were much larger than other hotels we had looked at for a similar price. They were prompt in their response over the app when I needed more towels for the room, and it was great that they provided a white noise machine and earplugs to help cancel out outside noise. Will definitely be looking into other Sonder properties in the future.

Second time staying at this property i actually got a better room booking through expedia. Love the sonder properties. The only thing was their was a demolition happening right out our window. We were adequately warned and they provided airplugs

The room was well kept and the toiletries were complete. The shower space is a little too small though but there was a lot of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel available. The dispenser pump of the shampoo was defective though. The staff were accommodating and quickly responded to requests for assistance such as cleaning arrangements. The online check-in and check-out experience was seamless and convenient. Generally, our experience was quite good.

I personally like that there’s no concierge checking in checking out dealing with long lines before you go and when you arrive and the convenience of it all. If you’re looking for a posh hip place to say this isn’t it but this place is clean and I love the flat iron district area a lot of convenient amenities everywhere

the staff were very nice but check is was a hassle; codes did not work; when i went to request room cleaning first morning on line at 7am and it would not work they told me it had to be requested at check in; no one told me that; coffee machine spewed grinds, show dispenser pumps broken and with all the hard surface the room next door was too loud.

Good, unless you want to sleep

The hotel has its convenient location and modern amenities to recommend itself. The big problem is nighttime noise. The building overlooks a busy intersection and the rules for residential quiet hours don't seem to apply in this district. Some combination of car horns, jackhammer and garbage trucks kept up the noise all through the night, which wouldn't be as bad if the windows had any sound isolation to speak of. A white noise machine and earplugs allowed us to get some intermittent sleep, but the management really needs to invest in sound-proof windows.
