Fantastic property with wonderful staff to match it! From the moment we arrived the valets were friendly and accommodating, followed by an efficient and friendly front desk staff. Turn down service left us with a nice welcome note and cookies to enjoy in the evening. The room was thoughtfully appointed and beds and bedding were divine. Just outstanding stay! I only regret not being able to enjoy a meal in the wonderful on site restaurants or a drink at the bar but I will be back for sure! Spectacular!

When I arrived, I had a room that was a little too noisy for me. And they moved me into a fabulous room. Moved all of my stuff and took great care of me.

Unneccessary fees everywhere. Cost a fortune for lackluster service. There are a million other places in NYC for thr same price, no extra fees, and far better service.
