Had to request housekeeping services everyday. Pool service is not good. The spa is excellent, wonderful staff. The hotel need a refresh. It’s dated and getting dirty. Location is stella. The hotel manager did credit me for no maid service after I complained multiple times

I loved my stay here! The staff was helpful and kind. The room was spacious, I did the sky view king room. I didn’t care much for the breakfast, upset that I paid for something that wasn’t really worth the price. I thought it was going to be buffet style but it wasn’t. American was eggs, toast, potatoes, coffee, and juice. Continental was muffins, granola, yogurt. Overall, I would stay here again

The hotel was nice, but not totally finished, We were on the 10th floor and one evening the fire alarm went off everybody on that floor went to the reception and waited. They told us there wasn’t a fire. It was a fault with the alarm system and to go back to our rooms for the inconvenience they said, there will be a refund of sort's. not that I am that bothered, but in America, everybody expects their tips so they shouldn’t say things unless they’re actually going to do it
